Note: All "non warranty" repairs will be charged to the customer per the price list below.

Cut-down width/height of Silhouettes: $95 labor (for sizes less than 60" wide x 60" high) + $15 handling + $25 return shipping cost. Contact us for larger size prices, ie from 60 1/8" wide to 96" wide x 60 1/8" high to 96" high = $125 labor + $15 handling + $55 return shipping cost. Customer pays shipping to our address.
Add $75 - $145 for "over-size shipping if return box is over 100" long (contact us for estimate).

Cut-down width/height of wood blinds, mini blinds, pleated shades, etc.  or shorten height:
$65 + $15
handling + $15 return shipping cost (per box...for boxes less than 104" long); 
Add $75 - $145 for "over-size shipping if return box is over long (contact us for estimate).

Re-stringing: $79 + $15 handling +  $10 return shipping cost +  Add $75 - $145 for "over-size shipping if return box is over 100" long (contact us for estimate).

Cut-outs: $89 each + $15 handling +  $10 return shipping cost + Add $75 - $145 for "over-size shipping if return box is over 100" long (contact us for estimate).

Moving controls from one side to the other: $55 +$15 handling +  $10 return shipping cost + Add $75 - $145 for "over-size shipping if return box is over 100" long (contact us for estimate).

Minimum charge for everything not covered above $25 + $15 handling +  $10 return shipping cost + Add $75 - $145 for "over-size shipping if return box is over 100" long (contact us for estimate).

Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you automatically when you click the "Submit" button below. All repairs are done by hand by skilled craftsmen on a "best effort basis". Repair Procedure

Please repack the unit/s to be returned for warranty work in original box/es. Put your return address on a piece of paper inside the box/es. If you don't have the original box you will have to obtain a suitable container. The factories/fabricators, typically will not send an empty box because of the likelihood of it being damaged in shipment.

Please send us the exact
width x height dimensions of unit/s to be repaired, their quantities, and what the problem is/are.

The fabricator will either send you an
"ARS label" or issue a "Call Tag" to get the return box/es to the selected carrier, ie UPS, FedEx, etc.

The following two sets of instructions will outline what you will need to do to help get your return box/es to the carrier for delivery to the respective fabricator:

   Option 1: If an "ARS label" is mailed to you then simply attach it to the return box (you should have one for each box). Do not ship the return box/es without this label/sticker on the box (because it won't go anywhere if you do...it's not a very smart box). Put the "RA#" on the outside of the return box/es with a black marker so the fabricator's receiving department personnel can easily see it.  Once you have both the "ARS label" and the "RA#" on the the return box/es just drop them off at the most convenient drop off location for that carrier. They will take it from there. No charge to you. Just drop them off and...go.

     The ARS label tells the carrier where to send the package...at the fabricator's expense for warranty work. The RA number is used by the  receiving department at the individual factory to tell the receiving department where to route your returned goods and what needs to be done to it/them. We'll send you the "RA#" (Return Authorization #) as soon as the factory gives us one.

    Option 2: If a "Call Tag" is issued by the fabricator to have the return box/es picked up by one of the carriers, usually FedEx or UPS, and delivered to the fabricator for repairs, etc. the carrier will just come out to your location with the ARS label and put it on the package for you, as well as pick up the box/es and the RA# should be on the ARS label info. So, in this case (the "Call Tag" case) you won't have to drop the box/es off at a local drop off location. Just put it/them on your front porch for the carrier to pick up...usually within 48 hours of the time the call tag is issued by the fabricator.

  It's up to the individual fabricators we use to decide how they want to get your repair work back to their factory but the overall idea is to get your return back to the fabricator that made it and get it fixed quickly and returned to you, asap.

 
Turnaround time is the shipping time to and from the factory and one day for repairs, typically.

Manufacturer's Limited Lifetime Warranty: warrants/guarantees against defects in material and workmanship for the time the original purchaser owns the blind/shade providing it was properly installed in a residence or commercial location.
