Pleated shades come in a variety of colors. Each shade is the same color, texture and fabric on the back side facing outside as it is on the inside unless you choose to purchase a room-darkening shade which requires a white sheet of light-blocking material on the backside. There are also metallized fabrics for more protection from solar glare; however they are also an additional cost.
Please visit a local interior design center to verify colors.
Pleated shades provide an average amount of insulation when fully down :but, to allow a clear view must be raised, sacrificing insulation as well as privacy. You may also purchase a room-darkening shade which costs per surcharge prices listed below.
All units come with a factory limited lifetime warranty which covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product.
Like any fine furnishings your new honeycomb shades should be dusted regularly to keep them looking new. Use a soft, clean cloth, chemically-treated dust cloth, or dusting mitt. You may also vacuum with a brush attachment.
