Oxford House has a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials for the time the original purchaser owns the Vienna Privacy Shade and they cover the Sheer Radiance for five years from date of purchase for defects in material and workmanship. All warranties cover repair or replacement at Oxford House' discretion. Shipping and installation are not covered. Also, the products listed above must have been properly installed in a residential or commercial location.
